Why are immigration psychological evaluations helpful?

These evaluations can greatly enhance your immigration case. This assessment captures a client’s complete immigration narrative, encompassing their home country conditions, relationships, and both physical and mental health. The report offers immigration officers a clear understanding of the client’s present circumstances, along with the physical, mental, emotional, and familial effects of separation or deportation.

I provide specialized assessments for the following immigration applications:

Extreme Hardship

For applicants whose separation would negatively impact a relative:

The report would communicate the psychological effects of deportation not just on the client, but also on their family members, such as their spouse, children, and parents. This is especially relevant for clients whose relatives would experience significant hardship if they were separated.

VAWA

For applicants who have experienced abuse by US citizen spouse:

The report would document the distinct experiences of the applicant and evaluate the psychological effects of the violence. Applicable to clients of all genders, including men and women.

Asylum

For applicants experiencing persecution or mistreatment in their home country:

The report would document the physical, mental, and emotional effects of mistreatment based on political or religious beliefs, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation. Evaluate the potential risks and severity of these effects if they persist.
